Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of the tour by the client (you)

You can get a full refund** of your payment or option to reschedule (subject to slots availability) as long as we receive your written (email) advisory at least 7 days* or more before the tour date

* applies regardless on when you inquired, booked and paid the tour, hence it also applies for last minute booking.

 

Refund will be processed within a maximum of 15 banking days through cash deposit or online fund transfer. If you have paid online through PayPal, refund will be processed via PayPal. If your bank is abroad we can also refund through an international bank transfer but bank service charge will be deducted from the total amount.

No-show policy

Failure to show up on time on the tour date means forfeiture of any and all funds paid for the session. The remaining balance of the no-show participant(s)of your group will still be collected from your group
